A stable internet connection is mandatory. If your connection is unreliable or repeatedly disrupts the session, you will not be permitted to continue in a group class. Every student in the room deserves an uninterrupted learning experience — this is not negotiable.
🎧
Headphones and a quiet environment are required. Background noise, echoes, and distractions impact every person in the class. Come prepared. Come focused.
🤝
Mutual respect is non-negotiable. All participants — teachers and students alike — are to be treated with full respect at all times. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
🔒
Class content and classmate information are strictly confidential. You are prohibited from sharing, recording independently, distributing, or disclosing session content, materials, or any personal information about your classmates to any third party. A breach of this obligation may result in serious legal action.
🎥
All sessions are recorded for quality assurance. Recordings are used internally to maintain teaching standards and protect both students and instructors. Students are not required to use their camera.

Video content is our primary means of reaching new students — your participation makes this possible. By enrolling, you consent to your name and voice potentially appearing in promotional video content. If you are not comfortable with this, we respectfully ask you not to enroll. Withholding this consent directly limits our ability to grow — and in doing so, limits the school's ability to continue serving students like you. We are transparent about this because we believe you deserve to know.

Fees and commitments. Subscription fees are due at the start of each period. Missed sessions are not refunded unless notice is given in advance and rescheduling is possible at the teacher's discretion. Multi-month discount plans are applied automatically.

Seriousness is a condition of enrollment. Engleasy is designed for people who are genuinely committed to their progress. If you are not prepared to attend consistently, complete assigned tasks, and engage actively — this is not the right environment for you. A seat occupied by someone who is not ready is a seat taken from someone who is.

الاتصال بالإنترنت المستقر شرط إلزامي. في حال كان اتصالك غير مستقر أو يُقاطع سير الجلسة بشكل متكرر، فلن يُسمح لك بالاستمرار في الفصل الجماعي. كل طالب في الفصل يستحق تجربة تعلّم خالية من الانقطاع — وهذا شرط غير قابل للتفاوض.

السماعات والبيئة الهادئة إلزامية. الضجيج المحيط والصدى والمشتتات تُؤثر على جميع المشاركين في الفصل. تعال مستعداً ومركّزاً.

الاحترام المتبادل شرط أساسي. يُتوقع من جميع المشاركين — معلمين وطلاباً — الالتزام بالاحترام الكامل في جميع الأوقات. أي سلوك مُخِل أو غير لائق سيؤدي إلى الفصل الفوري دون استرداد الرسوم.

محتوى الفصل ومعلومات الزملاء سرية تامة. يُحظر تماماً مشاركة أو تسجيل أو توزيع أو الكشف عن أي محتوى من الجلسات أو معلومات شخصية تخص زملاءك لأي طرف ثالث. انتهاك هذا الالتزام قد يترتب عليه إجراءات قانونية صارمة.

يتم تسجيل جميع الجلسات لضمان الجودة. تُستخدم التسجيلات داخلياً للحفاظ على معايير التدريس وحماية الطلاب والمعلمين. لا يُشترط على الطلاب تشغيل الكاميرا.

المحتوى المرئي هو وسيلتنا الرئيسية للوصول إلى طلاب جدد — مشاركتك تجعل هذا ممكناً. بالتسجيل في المدرسة، فإنك توافق على احتمال ظهور اسمك وصوتك في مقاطع فيديو ترويجية. إن لم تكن مرتاحاً لذلك، نرجو منك بكل احترام عدم التسجيل. رفض هذا الإذن يُقيّد قدرتنا على النمو — وبالتالي يُقيّد استمرارنا في خدمة الطلاب أمثالك. نُفصح عن ذلك لأنك تستحق أن تعلم.

الرسوم والالتزامات. تُستحق رسوم الاشتراك في بداية كل فترة. لا تُسترد رسوم الجلسات الغائبة إلا في حال إشعار مسبق وإمكانية إعادة الجدولة وفق تقدير المعلم. تُطبَّق خصومات الاشتراكات متعددة الأشهر تلقائياً.

الجدية شرط للانضمام. Engleasy مبنية للأشخاص المُلتزمين فعلاً بتطوير أنفسهم. إن لم تكن مستعداً للحضور المنتظم وإنجاز المهام والمشاركة الفعّالة — فهذه البيئة ليست المكان المناسب لك. المقعد الذي يشغله غير المستعد هو مقعد مسروق ممن يستحقه.
